Knighton House Weddings | September wedding inspiration | Dorset wedding photographer
Knighton House weddings | Happy September!
As I am preparing this blog, the heavy rain outside is making me want to curl under my wooly blanket and sleep. But, it is not all grey and gloomy. September is still relatively mild and warm and who can deny the beauty of those magical opulent colours of Autumn! Being a wedding photographer has made me appriciate this abundant season so much more.
Since it is also a month of my birthday, there is deifinitely a lot that is going on behind the scenes in my life at this particular time of the year. I am prepared to harvest all the fruits of my Spring/Summer wedding photography work and ready to say good bye to this wedding photography season. Until December at least. However that does not mean I am going to stop throwing at you all the wedding goodness. In fact Autumn is the time when my posts are becoming more frequent and inspiration fused. So brace yourself, here we go!
Knighton House Weddings | Autumn styling
Foliage and evergreens| Sailcloth tipi styling | by Dorset wedding photographer Darima Frampton
Eary September is the time when Autumn starts to reveal itself. Yellow leaves, ripe apples, pears + my favourite berries.
The first transition of colours from Summer to Autumn is what this sailcloth tipi wedding theme is all about. A very romantic, minimal look simply using foliage, apples and pears . The rustic bar with textural copper elements adds an extra warmth and earthy feel.
You have probably noticed I have captured a lot of styling inspiration at Knighton House over these few years. First, it is such a vibrant location especially during Autumn time. Second , the views are breathaking and I am in love with their little orchard.
This particular project was created alongside another one, which I am going to blog about next month. So don’t forget to come back.
But meanwhile, let’s enjoy this fresh, romantic prettiness straight from the heart of Dorset countryside.
Absolutely in love with this hanging hoop with foliage and candle lanters. What a unique touch.
Earthy Lux |Knighton House Weddings
Carry the organic feeling throughout the entire styling – pine foliage + apples to decorate your bar. I mean how gorgeous does this look!
I love the natural evergreens combined with rustic wood and warm copper elements which bring a definite luxurious feel. This styling is sure to add extra cosiness and glam to any wedding reception.
