Wasing Park Wedding
Wedding Inspiration of the week – Wasing Park Wedding.
Lets talk wedding venues.
I have travelled to Berkshire for a wedding a few times now and everytime I have my love for the area grew bigger and stronger.
This time the opportunity arouse after a photographer friend, David from Simply Weddings Photography invited me to second shoot for him.
The venue was the beautiful and versatile Wasing Park situated in the heart of 18th century parkland. It offers an abundunt of choice for ceremony venues.
There is a lovely Parish Church should you wish to opt for a traditional wedding ceremony.
On the other hand, if you desire something more relaxed and modern, then the Garden room would be a perfect choice.
For the outdoor romatic ceremony there is no more picteresque place than the Victorian Summerhouse.
And of course let’s not forget the lovely Castle Barn for your wedding breakfast and evening party.
Your wedding guests can be accommodated next to the venue at the Estate’s boutique Stables Lodge.
It consists of the incredible Honeymoon Suite and 25 bedrooms.
The Couple and Decor
Carly and Ken exchanged their vows in the Parish Church in Wasing Park surrounded by family and closest friends.
Their big passion is travelling and exploring the diverse cultures of the world.
Therefore their wedding decor was heavily influenced by it, from the stunning world map cake to the original ”favourite places” table plans.
Meanwhile, Carly has chosen sunflowers to compliment their summer barn wedding and reflect their happy and fun personalities.
”The world is your oyster”
Every little detail of Carly’s and Ken wedding decoration was fun, exciting and unique.
Big thank you to David Lewin from Simply Weddings Photography for letting me be the second shooter.
Amazing experience and ultimate wedding venue for any taste.
